After you login and click on My Profile in the MY WCR menu, you will notice a menu at the top of your Profile Page. The second item is Connections.

Connections enable you to stay "Connected" easier with other members. If you know a member's username, you can request a connection through the menu item in your Profile Page. Once your request is accepted, both members will be added to the other's Connections in the Profile Page tab.

Connections are great for networking and give you quick access to send private messages and e-mails to other members.
