Patty’s Biography Originally from Southern Illinois, Patty moved to Memphis in 1978 with her husband, Chris, and two daughters, Wendy and Chrissy. Patty began her real estate career in March, 1981, with a small real restate firm in Bartlett, McWaters & Associates. She obtained her broker’s license in 1987 and has also completed requirements for her Realtor designations of Accredited Buyer’s Agent, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Management, Graduate of Realtor Institute, Performance Management Network, RELO and CSSP. Serving in the Real Estate Community has been an important part of her professional life. Patty is past-president of the Memphis Area Association of Realtors’ Multi-Million Dollar Club, MAARket Masters Toastmasters and Women’s Council of Realtors and president-elect for Mid-South Chapter of Certified Residential Specialists. She has also been chairman of several MAAR committees. Although a busy professional, Patty has made time for serving her community as a Girl Scout leader for 14 years, president of Parent-Teachers’ Organization at her daughters’ school and committee chair for Youth Villages. She is also active in her local church. Patty does not allow her love of the Real Estate profession to keep her from spending time with family and friends. She even finds time to read a book or do a little gardening on occasion!
