I have been a full-time realtor since 1999, and think that I have finally decided what I want to be when I grow up!  Helping families find their first home, dream home, retirement home or anything in between gives me great pleasure.  I am a good listener, I know how to think outside the box and get my clients to do the same, and am always looking for a win-win during every negotiation.  Education is an important part of making sure I stay informed about the trends and skills needed to serve my buyer and seller clients best, and I hold the ABR, CRS and GRI designations.  While only required to have 16 hours of continuing education every two years, I always exceed those requirements by attending state and local association meetings and conferences, as well as taking various commercial courses throughout the year that will help me gain the edge.  I have relocated dozens of families from other parts of the country to middle Tennessee, and would appreciate your referrals.
