The Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) Designation

Accredited Land Consultant The Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation is the esteemed credential of the REALTORS® Land Institute. The designation is attained only by those land specialists who demonstrate the highest levels of knowledge, experience, and professionalism.

To achieve the ALC designation, land sales experts must complete a rigorous educational program and fulfill extensive experience requirements. For more information on the ALC Designation, go to ALC Overview.
