 There are many new features that are sure to make your visit here more enjoyable. Using the latest in CMS (Content Management Systems) technology, our new site is more user friendly and interactive. Once registered, WCR Members will have the ability to: - Submit forms, documents, logos, etc... to our download section
- Submit articles to the News Section
- Update contact information
- Contribute to the Member Blog
- Add events to the Event Calendar
...and more!
One of the key new features of our site is the Community Forum. The forum was created for an open line of communication for all members, at any computer, 24/7/365! Be sure to go over to the Forum and take a look. As a registered member, you will be able to post suggestions, ideas, questions, answers, etc... under specific categories. Once you make a post to the forum, you will be automatically subscribed to that thread and notified when someone replies.
Last, but certainly not least, is the "My WCR" profile feature. When you log in using the Member Login box to the left, you'll notice another menu that appears titled, "My WCR"...
The "My WCR" menu is your control panel for most of the features mentioned. Take just a minute to go over the different options in the menu. - My Profile - this will take you to your profile page. Here you can find things like articles you've written, connections with other members, retrieve messages, and more.
- Submit News - click this to submit a news story to the Latest News section. You will be given options on whether to publish to the Frontpage, include author name, creted date, images, and more.
- Add Calendar Event - add an upcoming event to the calendar.
- My Messages - our new website comes with a built-in messaging system for all of our members to use! Click "My Messages" to be taken to your inbox or to create new messages.
- Member Blog - it's only accessible through the "My WCR" menu. The Member Blog is an open forum for you to discuss, share, babble...whatever you wish!
