Charge of the Committee:
- Review bylaws and amend as needed
- Provide sufficient notice as per bylaws of any amendments to bylaws coming up for vote
- Notify TN members of any National WCR amendments to local bylaws (these are automatically binding)
- Submit membership approved amendments to National WCR for approval
- Develop and review TN Standing Rules periodically and submit for vote with proper notice
