Charge of the Committee:
- Determine minimum criteria for nomination for award and draft application form for member of the year award
- Distribute applications and request nominations from Local Chapters
- Determine winner of the 2006 Member of the Year Award for Tennessee State Chapter and order award for presentation at Fall Convention State Meeting
