- Fulfill the obligations of TN Chapter Bylaws
- Establish minimum qualifications & develop application form, solicit applications from membership and conduct interviews prior to announcing slate at Spring meeting; provide written notice to all members within 10 days prior to election at Fall meeting
- Must be elected at Annual Election Meeting to serve the following calendar year.
